Totally blown away by my introduction to 'ei' as part of a coaching initiative at work I was inspired to take part in the Applied Emotional Intelligence programme offered by the CAEI (Centre for Applied Emotional Intelligence). With both personal and professional improvements during the past 18 months, I'm excited to be planning to help family, friends and colleagues understand the benefits and live with the rewards of EI development.
