Psychometric Tools and Coaching
Hi all,
I would like to ask members what they believe to be the most beneficial psychometric profile instruments for use within the coaching and development arena. I am qualified in OPQ, Orpheus and MBTI. I will be adding the JCA EI tools in due course but wondered if there was something critical i was missing. I have heard varying reports about Firo-B and CPI. Naturally, one could go on forever gaining various accreditations and the line must be drawn somewhere. So, what really works for you?
